I the utter absence of my own thoughts I give you.. a late Friday Five.

1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?

Yup, it's the same.

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?

I've thought about changing my name, but I haven't ever come up with a solid thing to change it TO. I might consider going by my middle name instead perhaps...

3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)

Because my mother's cousin named her little boy Stacey, which was supposed to be MY name. Mom decided she didn't want her girl named the same as a boy and didn't want her cousin to think she stole her name, nor for there to be confusion when we were little, so she changed what she named me. Turns out I don't even know this kid.

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?

I don't particularly care for MY name. Otherwise, nope.

5. Is the analysis of your name at kabalarians.com / triggur.org / astroexpert accurate? How or how isn't it?

Dunno.

I'm working, but *shrugs* just not much in the way of motivation today.

Sky and I have decided to have a gathering on the 16th of August with the local fur peeps. Knowing that people hardly ever RSVP it'll be interesting to see who shows.

Going to Schlitterbahn this weekend. Should be fun. Just waiting for Sark to let me know whether I'm driving to Austin or New Braunfels tomorrow evening.

I got next Wednesday off to take care of the damned car registration. I'm STILL pissed off that I have to actually go in to the fucking court to take care of the ticket. Evil sons of bitches. With my luck they'll never bother to tell me what my court date and time REALLY are and I'll end up with a warrant or some such shit. It shouldn't be this goddamned difficult.

I have a meeting today at 12:30, and I don't feel like doing a damn thing. I wanna curl up somewhere and go to sleeeeeeep. It's not normal to be THIS tired all the time. I dunno if I'm just not getting enough rest, or what. Damned morning people shouldn't be allowed to rule the world.
